We take data protection seriously. This website is designed with privacy in mind:

• + Personal data is only collected when you actively contact us
• + The entire site is usable whether analytics is on or off

The only data processing that occurs is described in detail below.

This website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider. When you visit any page, your browser automatically transmits the following data to our server:

Server log data is not combined with other data sources and is deleted after 30 days.

When you submit the contact form or send us an email, we collect the data you provide - typically your name, email address, company, and message content.

This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not shared with third parties, used for marketing, or added to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR - processing necessary to respond to a pre-contractual enquiry; or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR - legitimate interest in responding to business communications.

Retention: Contact enquiries are retained for up to 3 years for business correspondence purposes, unless you request earlier deletion.

Form processor: Submissions from the contact form are routed by Web3Forms, a service of Stack Fusion Private Limited, and are delivered to us by email. Web3Forms processes your name, email address, company and message on our behalf as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. Their privacy information is available at web3forms.com/privacy.

Transfer outside the EU: Web3Forms may process submissions on servers outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.

If you would rather not use the form, write to ai@prodata.ai directly - that reaches us without any third-party processor.

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When a page loads, your browser connects to Google's servers and your IP address is transmitted to Google.

Google may transfer this data to servers in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

This website stores your language preference (English or German) in your browser's localStorage under the key pdai-lang. This data remains on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers.

localStorage is not a cookie and does not require consent under ePrivacy rules, as it stores no personal data and serves only to remember your UI preference.

Your colour-scheme choice (pdai-theme) and your cookie decision (pdai-consent) are stored the same way. These are strictly necessary to honour the preferences you have set and are covered by §25(2) TDDDG.

We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to understand which pages of this site are useful to visitors.

Analytics runs only if you consent to it. Nothing is loaded and no cookie is set until you accept. A notice on your first visit asks for your decision; until you make one, no analytics data is collected. Declining, or later withdrawing consent, stops all further collection immediately and deletes any analytics cookies already set. Either choice has no effect on any content or function of the site.
